Wellness coaching is a unique tool for personal development that integrates your values, goals, and life reality. During the coaching process, you will focus on your priorities and the areas of your life you wish to improve. Together with your coach, you will explore your options, set realistic goals, and find ways to achieve them. The process is tailored to your needs and life situation – it can take place individually, in groups, or outdoors. Most of our sessions are conducted online unless agreed otherwise.


Who will guide you:
Your guide on this journey to wellness will be Jana Nováková Stará, a certified wellness coach with over 10 years of experience in personal development and healthy living. Jana combines her expertise in kinesiology, her experience from international internships, and her practice in coaching both outdoors and online. She draws inspiration from her own life experiences and her work with clients seeking balance and long-term satisfaction.

  • Learn to implement small but sustainable changes for a balanced life.

Package: "The Wellness Journey – 10-Week Wellness Coaching Program"

Package Description:
This program is designed for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of their values, improve their quality of life, and find balance in everyday life. Over the course of 10 weeks, I will guide you through achieving personal well-being, focusing on a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional health.

What the Package Includes:

  1. Initial Diagnostic Session (90 minutes): Wellness Inventory, current situation analysis, goal setting.
  2. 8 Individual Coaching Sessions (60 minutes): Focused on specific areas of life you wish to improve (e.g., stress management, work-life balance, relationships, healthy lifestyle).
  3. 1 Final Session (90 minutes): Progress reflection, planning to maintain changes.
  4. Self-Coaching Tools: Custom-made materials to help you continue your development even after the program ends.
  5. Support Between Sessions: Email consultations or brief phone calls to boost motivation.

Bonus:

  • Coaching in Nature: One of the coaching sessions can take the form of a walk in the fresh air, where nature will support your process of change.
  • Gentle Mindfulness Techniques for Stress Management.

Price: CZK 15,900 (payment can be split into two installments).
