The most important is to start. Start your road to healthier and better life with a how-to guide and a group that will help you step out.

Starting tomorrow...

Each of has has at least once in his life said a sentence: "Starting tomorrow...." and each of us has at least once experienced tha fact that tomorrow nothing happened. Doesn´t matter if you wanted to start exercising or stop eating chocolate or just finally open the textbook, many of our efford in failure. This is the cycle of resolutions and plans that are "shot from the hip".

In this workshop you will learnt how to aim directly at your goal, how to start working systematically and how to do it today.

Wellness Inventory - 12 steps towards better and healthier life

Wellness inventory is a simple tool that allows you to oversee all the topics we should pay attention to in our life. By the end you will clearly see, which of those dimensions are the most important for you now and therefore you will not forget about them by tomorrow.

On those specific topics you will work from now.

What will you learn on this seminar?

  • We will explain why it is not enough to lose some kilos or quit smoking to become instantly healthy and happy.
  • Learn, that to be heathy doesn´t mean that nothing hurts.
  • You will check if you are taking care of all important parts of your life.
  • Main part of the workshop will be dedicated to topics relevant to the participants.
  • You will have time and space to reflect on your current and past attempts to change (and to learn from them)
  • We will share all from basic scientific facts to personal or practical tips.

On this workshop you will not get precise step-by-step manual on WHAT to do to feel better and healthier - there is an endless amount of options. Rather it will suggest you HOW to do it - how it works, where to search for resources. It is because you know very well what is good for you and for your health, you just don´t do it. On this workshop you will understand why and what to do about it. Other participants will give you energy and inspiration to actually do it.

You will be leaving this workshop with nine specific steps you want to do tomorrow differently - healthily! Steps that you will set for yourself.

Basic information about the Wellness Inventory

Wellness Inventory was made by doctor John Travis and for more than 40 years is being used as one of the most fundamental tools for lifestyle change. In this course we will use the simple assessment questionnaire that is also available online as a part of interactive interactive web portal that helps you determine priorities and achieve goals by balancing all aspects of life – work, play, fitness, nutrition, personal and professional relationships.
